WHEN WILL MY 6TH AND MOTO ORDER GET HERE? Orders are typically shipped one business day after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 6th and Moto offers store credit ONLY for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE"  or "Final Sale", cannot be returned. *Customers are responsible for postage*

RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROCESS: Email 6thandmoto@gmail.com with Subject Line: RETURN and provide your full name, email address, and order number in the body of the email. From there, we will help prompt the return/exchange process for you.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE? To use a promo code you must add your clothing selections to your shopping cart and then continue to checkout. Simply add the Promo Code on on the Payment Page under Discount. Then select the blue arrow to apply code.*Some exclusions may apply* 

HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD? When a gift card is ordered from 6thandmoto.com - the customer will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they or the intended recipient of the gift card can use at checkout.

When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER? We offer free local pickup at the Factory Salon + Studio (701 N Philips Avenue Suite 130 Sioux Falls, SD) or USPS. Both available for selection at checkout.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE? Each product page provides exact sizing/measurements of each item along with detailed apparel information, wash instructions, and fit description.
